YES!! Really only 30 minutes!
I will never make dinner rolls in any other way - even again. These were absolutely amazing!
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp very warm tap Water
1/3 cup Oil
2 Tbsp Yeast
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
3 1/2 cups Flour
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
1. In your stand mixer, combine Water, Oil, Yeast and Sugar and let stand 10 minutes to bloom.
2. Add 2 cups Flour, Salt and Egg to the Yeast and use the dough hook to mix. Add the remaining Flour gradually. Let the mixer do the kneading, until its a smooth ball.
3. Shape into 12 balls and place in a 9x13 pan. Let rest for 10 minutes while the oven heats to 400'.
4. Bake for 10 minutes until golden and brush tops with melted Butter while still piping hot.
They are ready to devour!
